Wonderful Things

Wonderful Things

Good Morning

In my early morning prayer today, I was thanking the Lord for another new day that He has made for me when the Word Wonderful illuminated in my spirit.

Why was He saying that today for I know that God is always good and as believers we should always expect His goodness each and every day? Perhaps it is a reminder, perhaps He is telling us to expect “wonderful things” for we know that He is known also as “WONDERFUL” among other Names as in Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

So dear brethren, be expectant today and be ready to receive His wonderful things, His wonderful Counsel, His  wonderful Peace and all the wonderful “Promises of the Word of God.  Like Isaiah perhaps we should adopt a stance like Him in Isaiah 25:1 when He said:

“O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things”

Then we find in another scripture the prophet Isaiah taught and showed us how we should glorify God by letting praise be in our gates (mouths) day and night.

Dear Brethren, nothing can stop God from doing wonderful things for us. He is faithful everyday, yesterday today and forever. So speak the words and declare and expect “Wonderful Things” to come your way. His blessing will always be over-flowing so much that you will not have enough rooms to contain them. See for yourself what is written in Malachi 3:10:

10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

Let’s give Him all the praise, all the honour and all the glory due to him!

Be blessed
